Our team has been passionately working to improve the experience on the server in many different ways, and we believe these upcoming features will bring new levels of engagement to JoltMC. Upcoming Updates

1. Switch Texture Plugins

In order for us to update to 1.21 we are in desperate need to update a few different systems around the network, and one of them being our texture pack plugin. We will be switching plugins that will help us improve organization and performance moving forward. We are also doing this to allow us to come out with completely new textures and pets. There will be a significant overhaul:

• Improved Performance: The new plugin compiles the textures in a much more optimized way to reduce lag and improve overall server performance. Optimized textures that may reduce lag and improve overall gameplay smoothness. We've focused on balancing high-quality visuals with performance to ensure a seamless experience for all players.
• Consistency Across Builds: A unified texture pack to ensure all structures and environments look cohesive and immersive. This consistency enhances the overall aesthetic appeal and makes community builds stand out even more.

Important Note: Upon release, you will be prompted to download the new resource pack when you log in. This is essential to fully enjoy the updated visuals.

2. Fall/Seasonal Update

Autumn is upon us, and we're bringing the festive spirit to JoltMC with our Seasonal Update! Here's what you can look forward to:

• Seasonal World Transformation: During this time our spawn landscape will be dramatically transformed to match autumn. With pumpkin fields and autumn hues it will surely change everyone's spirit. 
• Limited-Time Events:
  • Harvest Festival: Participate in community events like our pumpkin building contest, haunted house contest, and maze runner event. These events are designed to be fun and engaging for players of all levels.
  • Seasonal Quests: We will also be releasing some special seasonal quests that will be available throughout the fall season granting everyone the chance to win some special items, and improve the overall lore of JoltMC.
• Exclusive Rewards:
  • Seasonal Items: We will be releasing some new seasonal items that will be featured in an autumn crate.
  • Cosmetic Enhancements: Also in the crate will be some limited time autumn themed cosmetics.

3. Fishing Update

We're casting a wide net to bring you a comprehensive Fishing Update that reimagines one of the game's classic past times. Here's what's on the hook:

• New Fish Species:
  • Exotic Aquatic Life: Discover a variety of new fish species, each with unique rarities and sell amounts. 
• Advanced Fishing Mechanics:
  • Interactive Gameplay: Engage in an improved fishing system that may include timing-based challenges and strategic bait selection to reel in rare catches.
  • Fishing Gear Upgrades: Obtain new rods with special attributes, customizable lures, and accessories like fishing hats that increase your chances of a big catch.
• Fishing Tournaments:

• Skill Progression:
